Hacking Zelda Minish Cap saving issue on EZ-Flash IV (new edition)

So, I'm having issues saving my progress on Zelda Minish Cap.
I'm using an EZ-Flash IV, the new black edition-thingy mirco SD card with 1.75 firmware.

The first part it saved marvellously.
However it every time I save the game, turn it off and on again, it starts at the market fair with the princess.
So, basically, the beginning.

The game was patched with the EZ-Flash client, so that should be fine, right?
Or am I overlooking something?

Had the same problem with the SuperCard SD but that has RTS, with which I could circumvent the issue.

Anyone care to weigh in?

Your issue can be the combination of settings your choosing when you run it through the EZ-Flash client.

A screenshot of what settings your picking might help point out your problem with the rom.
