Inspired by Earthbound's Peanut Cheese bars - it tastes pretty good. Organic peanut butter and cheese on rye. Voodoo design by a black and red edible marker. Spinach, tomato, apples and broccoli.

Man those tomatoes look so much like grapes. I've not seen anything like those in my area. Hmm I didn't know you can eat broccoli raw?

You can eat broccolli raw - but these have been blanched (cooked in hot water and cooled in cold).

Grape/cherry tomatoes are pretty common in my area - the grape tomatoes are elongated, while the cherry are more round. They are usually very sweet and taste pretty intense.

The heirloom stuff I found in my farmer's market was deep dark purple and tasted very floral and light - completely different from these very commercial ones.

Really well I don't think I'd want to try it raw. I couldn't tell if you blanched it. You must have done it pretty good for it to be green. Did you just use cold water or iced water?

Seriously grape tomatoes? I'll have to ask my sister's husband if he grows any since he owns a farm lol Yeah I love cherry tomatoes and how it literally bursts in flavour.

I love raw broccolli, but I'm a mutant who likes veggies. For this, I just brought the pot of water to simmer, and held it there for five minutes. I then ran water over it - the tap water gets pretty cold ere.

Yes, grape tomatoes. These were so cheap from the supermarket - 2 boxes for $5! :D

The stalk is the tastiest part of the broccoli imo.
And speaking of broccoli, I've always wanted to try purple broccoli.
