Yeah... He's been there since I was 6-7, which is about as long as I can really remember. Yesterday he had to go to the vet for a checkup, because he was biting at himself, most likely because of some kind of some kind of itching. When he came back he suddenly started breathing really heavily...
And uh yh I think I'm trans, I've been going by she/her pronouns and a different name online for a while now and I've been thinking abt it lots and it's confusing but I feel a lot more comfortable as a girl
Yes, I suffer from unpleasant intrusive thoughts very often. So when I'm in bed and it's dark I'll occasionally get intrusive thoughts, like there being a murderer in my room or something. I'll be unable to move my body, and I'll just lie there, terrified and unable to move. About a minute later...

I'm feeling quite a bit better! I've been trying to eat more healthy, I've managed to fight the urge to cut myself (so far), and something/someone has sparked my interest in trying to find out who I really am. I've also tried getting my sleep schedule...
Too. Hot.
Basically, the temperature has risen to 33 degrees Celsius during the day, and that means terrible heat at night. I didn't get any sleep last night and I fear it'll be the same this night. I cannot think of a solution. Opening the window lets more heat in. Lots of things won't work...
I've been feeling really empty lately. I don't seem to care about anything anymore. I barely passed because I neglected my grades, I don't feel like talking to people, I don't seem to care about my father's drinking problem, I just want to lay in bed all day, don't feel like playing many video...

So with the release of pokémon go, my parents have been hearing a lot more about pokemon. They believe that Pokémon are demons. That they're creatures made to show us what violence is. Like, what? Do you really believe the creators of Pokémon worship the devil and want to teach...
So, in 2 weeks I will be going on a 3-week vacation. With my parents. In a camper van. I really have no idea on how to survive. Dear god help me.
First of all, I have to be around my parents and spend time with them 24/7. No private space. This is already terrible because I can't get along with...
