The only stlus I've ever liked is the one that came with my dsi xl. I really need to get a replacement though as the tip seems to be getting sharp from so much use and could eventually scratch my screens

Oh yeah fuck that thing. What really pisses me off is the
New XL stylus while much nicer is too small for its slot and is super loose.

Wouldn't it be awesome if someone made a custom 3DS housing, constructed of illuminum? Custom stylus n' everything. Design your own stylus and stuff.

yep. I had to put tape on the New 3DS XL stylus (and now this one!) just so it'd stop sliding out a bit.
