So, I own an apple device (specifically IPod 5) and it can be a pain in the ass to get music on that thing. I wanted to get a album on my Ipod that I only listen to on my android device because I never had the time to mess with ITunes. I had always used a program of the name SyncIOS for all my IOS device management needs. It didn't feel like working and I was strapped for time. I bit the bullet and opened Itunes like opening a attic that hasn't been used in eons. It loaded up and recognized my device.
Here comes the funny part. I went to my device, added my music to the library, clicked apply, pressed sync, and it did its thing. I notice something though, something off. The space usage bar dropped, a lot. I had 3GB worth of music on my ipod (I love music). I went to check my music, and what do you think I see? I see the amazing message "Connect to ITunes or go to Itunes store to get some music". I'm panicking at that moment because I didn't even have 1/3rds of that music backuped. Now, Itunes has deleted my music 3 other fucking times. On 8.1, 9 beta, and 9.2. Why I trusted this thing is beyond me.
Now I am sitting here trying to gain back what I have lost. Even though I don't wholeheartedly like Android, I will give it this.
It doesn't have to rely on a piece of shit software that gets slower every update and doesn't even make a good music player.
