3DS Ports of Wii and Wii U titles (Also Indie Titles)

So, I can't sleep. I decided to look around on the internet for lists of 3DS games that were ported from other consoles. I noticed that a few of those list were a bit outdated, and the search results were fairly low. Thus, I decided to make up a little list of Games ported from the Wii and Wii U, to the 3DS.

As a neat side note, I also have come up with a theory.
I believe that the Switch, and 3DS successor will follow in the footsteps of their older brothers. At least when it comes to ports. Personally, I don't own a Wii U, but I feel as if I have a tiny little portable one always with me, with the amount of popular games within it. I mean, with games like these actually being able to be playable on such a small device, makes me wonder if the next big Nintendo handheld will be the equivalent of an actual console. Not like the Wii or Switch, but more like...perhaps the Gamecube.

We've seen all these big games be playable at decent FPS. How cool would it be to have a tiny console that you can take wherever whenever, that doesn't have to be the Switch? This is where part 2 of the theory comes into play.
What if... the New 3DS/XL was that successor, in a way? It can play higher end games than it's older brother, and just recently became available. Scrapping new games and support for the system now would be a waste of money and resources. I think Nintendo has bigger plans for the handheld in the future.
I could be horribly wrong though. This is all just my silly little opinion. But just think of it. So much potential with a more powerful 3DS. Why stop now?

Now for the chart I made. I hope I covered everything. I looked really hard to find all these. xD

Kirby return to dreamland and triple deluxe are not ports, they have a different story, they are different games, I don't know which criteria you use in order to be considered a port, besides smash bros they were developed at the same time, is just a multiplatform game, I'm still waiting a full list of true ports

@DrkBeam
what i mean is, the 2 games are very simillar, not like that stupid thing to compare 2 games from different ages, and listen, the 3DS was created to be like Wii praticaly

Lego City Undercover came for the wii u and a prequel came out for the 3ds afterwards iirc...
It isn't a port

So splatoon 1 with 2, is just a port on the switch then because they look similar, even the other sequels of videogames, a port might have some additions but it doesn't affect the main story, if it is, it's considered a different game, just because it looks similar it doesn't mean is a port

Sonic Gen was on PC, 3DS, X360 and PS3. The 3DS version was slightly different in that it had a couple levels that used the 3DS' accelerometer.

if im not wrong SEGA was concidering a Sonic Generations port for WII, But the Wii did not support the graphics they wanted

Ah, OK. Thought it was more likely the latter. But it's not like Sonic Generations was a huge leap in graphics beyond what the Wii was capable of.

Generations for the Wii would have been an amazing finale for the system, and great last note for a Sonic game on that console. Unleashed looked beautiful on it, and both games have very similar graphics styles, so I wonder why it never became a thing.

Agreed. Short, but sweet. I love the wisp mechanic, even if some are a bit wonky.
Also just realized that the Wii would still have had 2 more years left on it, if Generations was ported to it. xD
