go to bed when you can but set an alarm stupid early (even if you end up going to bed late),.... continue this till you end up feeling exhausted earlier in the night!
How bout get in the bed, turn everything off and close your eyes.... No is not a joke. How bout you explain better why you can't sleep? Do you forget what time you need to sleep by? Do you not feel tired? Then just do something to become tired. Stare into darkness, you'll eventually fall asleep. Try meditating, clear your mind of stuff so you don't have, much to think about.
Read a very boring book, the most boring reading you could ever do while listening to very relaxing music...and try to read it without falling asleep (which I am sure you will :3).

You gotta take it gradually, yo. If you've been sleeping at 1AM, you can't just suddenly go back to a 9AM schedule. What helps is, after sleeping up late, wake up early and don't take a nap at all throughout the day. Then gradually start sleeping earlier and earlier. You gotta ease yourself in.
Only thing drive me crazy is all these new horror games nowadays is its so dark, all time. I can't even play them. I understand they trying to create spooky but be creative a little, not just darkness with pop out scare scenes.
