ughhhhh I can't seem to sleep.

I need to go to bed around 9pm again to get ready for school in a month.

go to bed when you can but set an alarm stupid early (even if you end up going to bed late),.... continue this till you end up feeling exhausted earlier in the night!

How bout get in the bed, turn everything off and close your eyes.... No is not a joke. How bout you explain better why you can't sleep? Do you forget what time you need to sleep by? Do you not feel tired? Then just do something to become tired. Stare into darkness, you'll eventually fall asleep. Try meditating, clear your mind of stuff so you don't have, much to think about. :ninja:

@Sonic Angel Knight I've tried again and couldn't ill try again in 10 minutes.
 
@Jarmenti I do take prescribed meds and I can't seem to sleep very well, I should talk to my parents about it...

Read a very boring book, the most boring reading you could ever do while listening to very relaxing music...and try to read it without falling asleep (which I am sure you will :3).

@NutymcNuty And yes, talking to your parents about this would really be a good idea!

You gotta take it gradually, yo. If you've been sleeping at 1AM, you can't just suddenly go back to a 9AM schedule. What helps is, after sleeping up late, wake up early and don't take a nap at all throughout the day. Then gradually start sleeping earlier and earlier. You gotta ease yourself in.
 
Try reading. Even if im awake af, I quickly get drowsy while laying down reading.
 
Close your eyes and picture your self being a dictator on a banana republic somewhere in South America. Def most comfy thing ever!
 
how about you reduce the amount of blue light from your screens? also you shouldn't eat right before you go to sleep
 
since you are only 16.. a teen..

perhaps you could try to f@p ,that might get you sleepy and you'll fall asleep.
and sleep on your right side.
 
@leonmagnus99 nope i've tried once and it was a waste of time...
 
and like the comment abit above says, make sure to not eat anything before bed.

2 hours before bed ,eat nothing within those 2 hours.
as for a drink, drink water.

it is natural to not be able to sleep at times ,may it be stress/depression or too many thoughts.

and what else you could try to do is, try to be abit more active.
you'll be super tired and fall asleep faster.
 
Lay in bed and close your eyes.
Keep them closed.
You'll have to sleep eventually.

I've suffered from insomnia, unable to sleep ;/
