Rock Band 3 for Wii - Custom Songs (GitLab Repo Links)

This is my first blog post. What I'm about to show you is gonna blow your mind. It's taken me several weeks, and I'm not finished yet, but I have been working on it diligently. I'm actually kinda burnt out on researching and gathering files, so help would very much be appreciated.

Since the closing of both the Rock Band Network and the Wii Shop, Rock Band 3 is pretty much unplayable now... or is it?

Introducing the most comprehensive source of creating ROCK BAND 3 FOR WII CUSTOM SONGS! The GitLab repo includes everything you need to get started, plus a full wiki on how to manipulate and understand your customs.

Featured/Included in the repo:
  • The latest known version of Arktool, an essential program for reading ARK files found in Wii discs so you can build "official" DLC. You may share the tool to everyone, but please do not share/sell your Wii disc content!
  • A Rock Band DLC Packer, with most of the software you need to start packing. SZAE packer is in the master branch, while others can be found in the beta_software branch.
  • An album cover converter known as Album Make, to convert PNG files to compatible .png_wii format.
  • A few Homebrew Channel apps that can be used to start making custom DLC right away, plus links to others on various sites (including SourceForge).
  • A full-blown wiki guide which borrows from and adds details to guides posted on two separate forums (ScoreHero and Customs Creators), plus several other wiki pages explaining how the files work and answering some interesting questions.
  • Upgrade WADs for the unfortunate ones who have never had official DLC.

The repo and wiki have a lot, but I'm still not yet finished. Again, any help would be appreciated! Things I have yet to do, as of the date on this blog post:
  • Add a GUI .exe to SZAE packer that automatically creates a packdlc.bat file.
  • Add the remaining RBHP branches (taken from the latest package from the ScoreHero forum post, dated 2013).
  • Post a guide on how to bypass the "Add-on content cannot be restored to the Wii System Memory" error for SD card users (once I know what is causing the problem!).
  • Solve the "Game Play Out Of Sync" issue.
  • Finish modifying pages of the wiki, especially "Editing the DTA Files". I need to learn further how that works...

There are probably other things, but here's a link to the repo: https://gitlab.com/HarvHouHacker/rock-band-3-wii-custom-songs
