First day at my first job

Yea yea... 27 years old, first job... a bit late right?
I now work at Charles River Laboratory at Laval (at the north of Montreal)
I won't have a super important job, I'll refill the stock supplies where employees go for face masks, jacket, Purell, gloves, etc..
I will also assist a bit some employees who prepare animals food
That's pretty much my responsabilities (told you), but in a year or two, I'll be able to postulate for a higher ranked job among CRL that I dream of :D

So, today, they only showed me the labs... thats pretty much it...
It's.... huge... I think I'll need the map for the first couple of days^^

Well, thats it...
I'm hyped for my second day^^

Hey man, a foot in the door is all you need to get you started sometimes. I'm pretty happy with where I am in my career now doing IT/sysadmin shit and IT project management. And I got there with a foot in the door as one of the most uninspiring position you can think of, warehouse laborer.

What's the higher ranked job with them that you're working towards, if you don't mind me asking?

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
