Ryu Ga Gotoku 1&2 HD Wii U Edition English Translation

An attempt to try and Translate this awesome Game from Japanese to English for Wii U since it never left Japan.

I don't see the point when these are just the PS2 games with the first game receiving the second's gameplay improvements...when you can play them on PCSX2 or also the remakes now on every current generation console.

I think the PSP games could receive more love, myself. I know the 1st PSP game has an English translation in the works, so maybe do the second game?

PS2 Games with WiiU GamePad Features and yes they PS2 so the idea in theory is to use English Audio etc from PS2 on WiiU Versions things are indeed Sharper and Upscaled to 720P.

The whole thing is around 18GB where the PS2 First Game and 2nd Game are roughly 12GB 2nd Game is a Dual Layer.

Another Wii U Game for me basically with GamePad Features I have them all on PS3 too on a HDD somewhere too but I think I probably enjoy them again on PC I beleve they Remade it did they not?

@CORE Yeah, they remade the first two Yakuza games as Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2, respectively. While the first is about as easy to run as Yakuza 0, dear mother of god those system requirements for Kiwami 2 are like a Tiger Drop to anyone not lucky enough to already own an i7-8700k alongside a GTX 1070 as the Recommended video card. Mind you, I have a GTX 1080 Founders Edition (that I got when the video card market was experiencing the Bitcoin mining boom at Best Buy), and while I think it maintains a constant 60fps at 1920x1080, it sure isn't doing that with the MSAA turned up all the way. (Don't use SSAA, or whatever that framerate-eater of an anti-aliasing setting is that's popped up on more recent games for someone who wants to...well... ) Hooray Dragon Engine, I guess?

Best part is I have never played the Series at all along with a bunch of other Games so looking forward to it looks great.

Just been watching small YouTube vids of beginning to see differences dont want to spoil it for myself either so guess I try first Chapter and take it from there.

Gonna chat with others who apparently are working on Translating the other PS3 exclusive Yakuzas maybe they can point me in the right direction.

If this is still in development, I'd recommend moving it to the PS3 version, I've been trying it out on RPCS3 and it runs perfectly at 4K.
