MARIO MOVIE SPOILERS CAN KISS MY ASS, I was on the yt home page for 5 WHOLE SECONDS and OOPSIE DAISY SOMEONE RECORDED A SCENE IN THE CINEMA AND UPLOADED IT and oh, what's that, the thumbnail is a frame of that very scene? OF COURSE! OOPPPSSSSSS MOMENT

the mario movie is probably the only thing that can keep me alive rn and they're trying to ruin it, OK THE VERY NEXT MOVIE I SEE I AM SPOILING EVERYTHING THAT'LL SHOW 'EM.

But alas, nope. Spoiling is bullshit and I beg you (yes you the reader) to never do it. YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD WITH THIS ONE DECISION. PLEASE SPEAD THE WORD.

Oh, maybe tell that to YOUTUBE which has a literal "NOT INTERESTED" button that doesn't do a DAMN thing.
Edit: I didn't even had the time to actually flag it, I exited as fast as I could to... forget the spoiler... or something, god why am I like this.

OHHH OF COURSE. Before I saw the movie, youtube was like MARIO MOVIE SPOILERS: THE PLATFORM.
and NOOOW that i finally SAW the movie, NOPE NOTHING. I even searched and saw a random mario movie video butTT NOOPE still didn't change. Youtube fking hates me.

Honestly dude, the mario movie isn't really the type of movie that you need to actively avoid spoilers for.
It makes no difference no matter how much of the plot you know

I didn't avoid spoilers because of the plot (i mean wow, bowser bad mario good, very deep plot) BUT the spoilers I was trying to avoid were all the refrences they put in the movie.

It sounds like you were trying to avoid spoilers for the references in the movie, rather than the plot itself.
