I will be updating this blog with workarounds for some quests that for whatever reason, cannot be completed.
Promises to Keep - If all quest requirements are full and the quest is not completed, you must go back to the black-briar Lodge and you must TAKE (not read) the frost lineage papers. If you only read it, the quest will not move on and will remove all further markers for advancement. The papers is located on the bottom level.
