This weekend there were an anime/game show at Monaco, 10km away from my home and I didn't go 
Today, my workmate said to me "there were someone who is drawing and displayed his work... amano ... something ... Yoshitaka I think".

I'm sooooo sad I've missed the concert.

Seems there's no "opera". It's just a name.

There were not only japanese guest, but American actors too.
Other guests were:
Go Nagai (Goldorak creator). He is often a guest in manga conventions in France. HE is happy to see that there are still a lot of fans and his series still is a big success in France.
Yu Suzuki (Shenmue) : He announced this weekend that he will probably make a fund raising like kickstarter to finance Shenmue 3! (though, Shenmue is still owned by Sega, that could be a problem)
