My first Blog( My first critic)

Well last month I started writing a Fanfiction, and right now it's up to chapter 4, but I've stopped updating for a month already because I was Sooo busy for the whole month,

today, after Various File-Hosting sites got shutdown lately, I suddenly felt like writing something so I decided to actually log in for the first time in 32 days and I just realized that I got a new review( At first I was like OH YEAH!) and it says this

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]I don't like the premise of this story. I don't like that you felt the need to base this entirely on Yuuno turning into a girl, when you might have been able to create a story just as good, or better, without doing so.[/font]

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]It also seems as though you don't have a grasp of any of the characters actual personalities, but are just throwing into it what you want, where you want, no matter how the characters actually interact.[/font]


[font="verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"](My heart just broke) It was very hard for me to accept that. I know i should just take this into consideration and improve the style of my writing, but this put me down to no mood at all...[/font]

Lol @ someone who reads fanfics criticizing someone who writes them...
Instead of a fanfic, write a unique story. Fanfic writers are essential the T-ball writers of the world. It's a huge beacon of unoriginality and uncreativeness. It's basically a waste of time since you really wont develop as a writer by doing fanfics.

But hell someone reviewing that you "don't have a grasp of any of the characters actual personalities" goes for every fanfic writer. All of them. Sure you can pinpoint a character pretty well, but if it's not canon...it's not what the character would think, so that's a moot point entirely.

Yeah I'm gonna write my own Story as soon as i'm done with this one, Thanks for the comment though made me feel better again.

Malice is right, Orginal writing is much more fun then fanfics (most of the time only fanboys really like them anyway :I)
