I am currently in limbo with the whole situation; taking each day as it comes because is so different from the next/previous. Yes, this has fucked with my head.

My worry would be, if she can fuck with my head this much after just a year (I know it seems a long time at your age lol but believe me, it ain't nothing!) how much is she gonna fuck me up further down the line.
You need to be with someone you feel comfortable and relaxed around - otherwise you'll be living on your nerves all the time (VoiceOfExperience lol)

Well who knows what she is after, my advice is to just take it as it is, as a meeting. Perhaps she wants to explain herself.

Try not to get too pissed if it is that or if she does want to get back with you I think you should tell her that you've not had a good time with being left in the dark.

I hope for your sake her best friend is hot... We should give him a little more choice in the matter, what if the besty is a 400lb butch lezzy? Then not only would it be difficult to accomplish, but unbearable and probably ineffective as well...

And I never liked that "There's plenty of fish in the sea" advice... I live nowhere near the sea, and I'm a horrible fisherman ;)

it is such awful advice, the last thing on anyone's mind after a break up is who they can date next.
