Gaming Related:
- people who look down on "casual" gamers. Most "casual" gamers don't have the time or the energy to play great games more involved games - I find myself being in this category more often than not.
- region locking. For the longest time I didn't want a 3DS because of region locking. I've bought so many games from other regions and enjoyed them to the fullest.
- Amiibo. Granted I love the idea - you get a toy/statue and functionality in games, but it gets expensive fast. And granted, I've seen the explosion of amiboo/skylanders/disney infinity and frankly, it scares me.
Social Related:
- I have a visual memory, so mostly it's faces for me. But I find it hard to remember men's names OR faces and that's terrible. I usually have to associate a person with a physical trait eg - "Skinny Jane", "Short Susan"...honestly, if I ever have a stroke/neurological problem that messes with my visual centers, I'm SCREWED.
- As I said earlier, I have trouble remembering men's names. Too many times in social situations, I would say "What's her/his husband's name?" It is so awkward, and no amount of associating names with faces can actually help.
- I'm an introvert, so I get energy drained by people. Don't get me wrong, I can be social in small groups, but my energy disappears quickly if it's in huge groups or people. (This sucks at conventions where you want to spend as much time with people, but I'm usually the kid in the back playing with her 3DS and ignoring people - but it's hard to do in costume.)
Physical:
- I have an abnormally large/long middle toe. It bothers me when I wear shoes, because the rest of the shoe fits, but my TOE is sticking into the rest of the space. When I worked as employee in a haunted house, I managed to split/remove both toe's nails during jumping and scaring people.
- I have a screwed up thyroid - to the point of having a lump in my throat. This is quite scary and it also affects my energy levels. I've lived with this for the longest time and just got diagnosed. It sucks...
