Secrets.

Have you particularly hurt someone or broken a serious law (despite what you were taught in schools non high seas/skies/space/land piracy is not a big deal)? Are your support structures or those of your associates likely to crumble if a thing acceptable in society but maybe not to them (the classic one being they are gay but those responsible for them are some kind of nutjob Christian sect that likes to try to convert people)? See previous if you live in some shithole where such things are actually laws of the land?

In my case I have done none of those and know nobody with such problems either. Those are life ruining, or at least with serious potential. Everything else probably will be forgotten about in a month when someone accidentally farts at an inappropriate moment.
On the other hand secret presents, parties, holidays, plans, manipulation/training techniques and short term illnesses that need sorting. Hundreds. Absorb the information and carry on with life. I find it trivial, even when people try probing but decades of living with people trained to read emotions and tell lies (medical rather than cool TV detectives) is pretty good training for that sort of thing.

Sure, I have secrets I don't tell people, not because it would "turn my life into an agonizing world of suffering" but because it's embarrassing and I don't want people laughing at me.

I have a couple of secrets that I would prefer to take them with me to the other life. Those are the darkest ones about me, and me having depression was one of them that I have recently told to my oldest best friend (actually my girlfriend)

That's good, keep it up, remember that although things look dark now, life is a road that is ever winding, you'll have bumps there and there, remember that the ones you love, love you too.
