I was too lazy to boot up my PC, so I connected up my PSP to my Wii U with a mini-usb cable and transferred Sega Genesis games to it using WiiXplorer on vWii. It won't work if you connect it before loading WiiXplorer though (especially if your PSP is hacked and you tell it to charge while in USB Mode), you have to wait until WiiXplorer is loaded first, then connect the USB cable. Remount all drives, if a Disc is inside it'll eject. After that, you can look at the memory stick on the PSP and transfer files if you wish, it'll be a lot slower than using a USB 2.0 on a PC though. You have been warned.
P.S. I'm thinking about getting another memory card for the PSP just to see if I can use it as a Wii U HDD for lulz.
