Google?

Hell, I learned about it from a thread right here in gbatemp. One about hall effect sticks for joycons that apparently have a "clicking" problem. No clicking on my KingKong 2 Pro though. I also forgot to mention that It has a turbo function, if you're into that. It's about $70... https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=king+kong+2+pro+controller&crid=37P9HUFCZQBMV&sprefix=king+kong,aps,227&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_9
I just watched Linus review this controller and I'm sold!

I'll go around looking for a deal on it.

I’m watching the same controller. I added it to my Amazon cart. I’ll get notifs when the price changes. Looking at Amazon reviews, a few people have bought this for $40USD. Their review was from July. So maybe prime day will expose a sale. Or perhaps Black Friday. After fixing my switch joycon with the gulikit sticks, I can wait for a sale.

That's a good point, it has been cheaper in the past so I'll wait for one of those sales.

Linus was surprised the Switch Pro Controller didn't have analog triggers made me chuckle. lol

I mean, it's weird SPC doesn't have, but it's still a great controller overall. I've been using it for gaming with RetroArch on Android.

Fake DS cards are not too common are they?

I gave up collecting GBA games because there's a lot of pirated cartridges. At that point, I'd just rather download the roms. 😕

oh please. Linus knows more than you ever could hope to. There's a reason why he's got a successful tech and YouTube channel.

a guy, one of those "infuencers" got drift on this very controller (that was not supposed to).

Defects happen in any industrial made products at some rate so it may not be indicative that is bad or anything, but just for you to know...

(also, 8bitdo also uses magnetic sensors but they charge more, so I don't believe it is a 1:1 substitute)

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
