My dsi doesnt wanna turn on

Before it stopped working it turned on but with black screen and only the blue light, and before that the orange light wasnt turning on when i plugged the console to charge it

oh yeah i asked him a while ago and he doesnt know what he did, but he always breaks my things so I'm not going to not be suspicious about him
