And that matters since when? I myself am technically former staff elsewhere, and I'm still able to pull rank with the manufacturers. Position doesn't matter if you know what you're doing and know how to write.

Here, take a nice long read. http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Another_World

but he is FORMER STAFF its not his job anymore

I don't think people care about who's reviewing it, nor should it matter. I don't usually read reviews because of the reviewer (there are exceptions to the rule), but as long as someone gets their point across about the product is all I care about.

Just because it's his job to review certain products doesn't mean his opinion is greater than anybody else's.

As you mentioned there's exceptions, and I would have an idea about said exceptions, as I used to be involved here as a reviewer and liaison for a website that I help run, under a more checkered account. I had a spotty incident and was indefinitely suspended, and I decided to grow a pair and swallow my pride and start afresh. I kind of have a better idea as to what actually happens, more so than most general folk, as I was requested by a few retailers to get back in the game and review the card when they got stock.

Pft that's like me saying Sop would do a better job because he joined first. But all is fine, I've chatted with AW.

You certainly have merit, no doubt about that. I don't doubt that at all. :)

No problem, but we should probably get back to the main topic.

yes we shud soo ill go back to a topic that no one posted
this is from ps3crunch
the solution for a game manager on a 1:1 card is a very simple one, you just have a DS mode manager homebrew app that will re partition either an internal built in flash chip or the micro SD and copy the rom over on the new partition after it is re formatted ,if the card has a built in flash that is the max size of current 3ds carts , you just switch to DS mode to use the manager and load a new rom, then you dont have to have a PC to change the roms all the time
assuming you can fit a dual ds/3ds mode card in the housing

You should go over if you have to format the microSD in any manner prior to putting the rom on it in the review. This should end the debate some 20 or so pages ago about the roms and save data etc.

Should probably also give us a look what it looks like on the microSD after the 3DS creates a new save profile, if possible.

"if the card has a built in flash that is the max size of current 3ds carts"

That flash data in the flashcard would have to be larger than current 3DS roms because the 3DS will eventually be able to use 8GB game cards. I don't think there's any current 3DS games over 4GB.

thats only if the card has internal memory like the old flash cards did
if you use a micro sd card tho you can have and size
and the max rom there is right now is 4gbs

no word on backing up

Thought so lol. I know there is special ways of ripping if you have hardware experiance, seeing all of the pictures of FPGA setups ripping games. I have someone who might be able to do this if nothing comes along, thankfully.

I don't like it, one card per rom, and don't have OS, like Akaio or Supercard.
So we cant watch videos or emulators with that.
