After working on this for nearly a year, I have finally finished maxing out the Avatar Logbook. All 99 units have all (legit) possible skills and max stats in every class. However, since this uses the Avatar Logbook, this will only work with North American versions of the game. If you try to load the Logbook in a EUR or JPN game, the game will crash. For those in EUR or JPN, you'll have to use the empty Logbook version which has 100% in every other area. Here is the North American 100% Global file.

Features:

1. No personal playthroughs will be erased, just replace your Global save file with this one. Avatar Logbook, however, will
be erased. Read Note.
2. 100% Extras Menu. Support Log, All Cutcenes, and Unit Gallery is 100% complete.
3. 99999 Renown. New Game required to start with this amount.
4. Lunatic+/Classic (and Lunatic+/Casual) unlocked.

NOTE:

Avatar Logbook is empty so Global file could be "region free". If a Logbook unit from a USA game is loaded into a JPN or EUR
game, the game crashes, making the Logbook unusable.

Any Units you have in the Avatar Logbook WILL be deleted. Be sure to recruit as many as you can to your separate save files
before importing this Global file. You will be able to import a maximum of 60 units (20 per save file). You will be able to add
them back to the Logbook after you import the Global file.

As usual, ALWAYS make sure to backup your complete save file to a safe place in case anything goes wrong.

This Global file is imported from a USA version of the game. It will load with no issue with any
USA cart/digital save, even if it is a completely fresh copy of the game (might need to be initialized).

This file has already been tested on a JPN cart of the game, and will likely work in the EUR version too. Same with the
digital versions of each.

There will be many graphical errors in the Support Log with the 2nd generation units (mainly some units
having impossible hair colors, Morgans might be bald) if you are loading it to a JPN or EUR game. This can be easily fixed by
loading and saving a file that has every 2nd generation unit recruited.

Okay. So, yes. It's because of cloning. Sorry, there's nothing I can do right now about it. It'll happen most times when you clone or delete.

I did so many tests before putting that feature, and when I added it because several people requested it, I added a warning since it wasn't really stable. All in your convoy gets wiped out, as well as any conversation left in the Barracks. The game could become glitchy, too, if you start Supporting with cloned units.

If there's something I can do for fixing that, I'll do. However, I'm not sure if it'll be possible, since the SciresM's save tool already fixes the checksum for when file length changes. So I don't know the problem with that, yet.

I THINK that if you clone a gn 2 character that has a sibling (morgan, lucina) they will share the siblings support level. not 100% sure

Not really sure right now. But if the game reads the data as I think, the Avatars will get even higher stats permanently. Unfortunately, this wouldn' apply to unique units.

I should also mention that the Avatar's children can also inherit these asset/flaws. You can basically get three OP units with the right values. Actually, there're also bytes that near the parent pointer that determine the children's inherited stat modifiers. You can change those values to the the same as the one in the google doc, effectively given non-Avatar children Avatar's Asset/Flaw.

It's not an update. But it's still great news and a BIG help for the development of the editor. I hope you like it too!

@ShadowMario3 - October 26th, 2015: Final 100% Perfect Global file released

  • This is the latest Global save file released by @ShadowMario3. It has everything maxed out (Supports, Renown), all the difficulties unlocked and a full legit Avatar Logbook! It works only with American versions of the game. You can read more about this below in the OP, or go to @ShadowMario3's post of this release.
Here's a Complete Global File that works for every region, for those with European or Japanese Version, which @ShadowMario3 released some days ago.

So you could have TWELVE morgans?

Thanks for all of that info! I'm a noob when it comes to hex analyzing and editing, so everything you said is really interesting. I will definitely work on this, and see what I can get, and if I am able of adding it to the editor.

I saw one guy who got these stats without Limit Breaker by changing some Asset/Flaw bytes.

Are we talking normal apothesis stats or secret path stats?
They both are absolutely ridiculous. I tried to take that on with hacked characters. It took so long to beat wave one.

Apotheosis isn't too bad once you get a feel for it. For the Secret Path (and normal path), you need one or two attacking pairs, a couple Rally Bots, and some Rescue users. Max stats or near max stats is a must too. With that setup, you should be able to constantly attack and run just enough so the enemies can't attack you during their phase.
