Hacking need some explaination about current status of CFW

im N3DS 10.3E

1. who's working on snshax?
2. who's working on MChax2? (wanna follow'em on twitter or like to see progress)
3. whats the status of downgrading? can I downgrade w/o hardmod? how safe it is asuming im not a noob?
4. why people say we can't run CFW on downgraded system? it's a 9.2, right?
5. why cant we use HB (ninjhax and alike) (or can we?)?
6. will I be able to use my sky3ds on it?
7. whats the advantage of downgrading?

8. can we make ntrhax( I mean we have seen it in the well-known stream )? If we can, is there a tut?

look at tutorials, you only need an entry point for HBL and go for the downgrade.
is it safe? well...i downgraded successfully, hope you will too.

im using RxTools on downgraded 9.2/9.5

browser, menuhax, HBL all working perfectly

6. will I be able to use my sky3ds on it?

yes, but why. just install .cia games on emunand and play them card free.

when you set it up, access eshop through HANS.
i have all my eshop games and updates downloaded and working on 9.5 emunand (those that do not require higher fw ofc).
