can you explain please? or give any direction to get the cias? if it's from a gamecartridge , then the update partition has only 47 cia of 117 fiiles needed

No idea, you're in the wrong thread here. I'm pretty sure there are Python scripts around that do what you want. You may also take a look at my 3DS Tools Package, but get informed about how stuff works yourself (I have never used a lot of that stuff).

I only can make Decryp9.bin and Decryp9.elf, the terminal said me:

linking Decrypt9WIP.elf

Git not installed, that's the problem here. You don't have the submodules (BrahmaLoader / CakeHax / CakesROP) set up.

Well, late of 12 hores from battle, I can créate a nand OLD 2.2 for NEW, if the console has a sd with emunand not boot (stupid of me), I use Decrpt9 (0x5, 0x4), fast16tool.py (line 8 erase), xor, minipasta, sysupdate and 2.2.0-2E. And some steps for this https://github.com/Plailect/OTP/blob/master/New_3DS_Cubic.md (I have hardmod, I only need 3 or 4 steps) , I tried now extracted OTP.bin, I can´t say more...

The console only lost 3D effect, pro buttons and format or updater funtion.

Shadowtrance compiled the bootstrap branch and got it running (with no screen) it shutdown upon start press

What about the GW branch .bin file? Maybe that works? The screen issue shouldn't be too hard to come by. Btw, I should have joined you on that freenode chat... what was the link again?

BTW, FIRM hasn't initialized the LCD yet when a9lh takes over... There's no public payload that has done it yet

I figured it is time for a new release.

This is new:

• Creating slot 0x4 CTRNAND XORpads (with a unique filename) is now possible on N3DS
• More thourough verification of ExeFS when decrypting NCCH/NCSD/CIA
• Fixed Seed Updater not working with Bravely Second Demo
• Fixed console reverse scrolling

Give me feedback, if you can for the last release as well.

Uncart already does this. You may get it from my extended homebrew starter pack. I'm currently thinking of doing a second (we have tried this in the past) attempt of integrating uncart into Decrypt9.

Shadowtrance is right, this has been asked too often. It is right at the top of the opening post. A CIA would be possible, but not in a form that you would be using. You'd need to (a) install and run it from SysNAND, (b) have signatures patched (in SysNAND) to run this) and (c) you would still be forced to reboot after using Decrypt9. Sounds great still? Doubt so.
