Hacking Ntr Cfw doesn't work with homebrew launcher cia

When I enter in ntr mode I can't use homebrew launcher cia. I can only "watch" the screen, but if I launch a 3dsx app, my n3ds freezes. Ah, my emunand is 11.0.
