I'm typing this on a 3DS

PC and Wii U. IDK about MS' or Sony's consoles, I don't have those.

Same. The most I use console browsers for is loading homebrew.
I have however used the 3DS browser a bit in the past for looking up walkthroughs while playing. Not sure why I didn't just use my phone, it was probably out of battery.

Lappy or rarely me phone.
Most of the times, I got me lappy by me side when I'm gaming.

I don't usually use console browsers for gbatemp, but they're very handy for loading exploit scripts.

PS3 works perfectly with JS off, while o3DS browser is hell to use

Could be because they bothered to update it.
o3DS browser has been exact same since like 4.0 E or something like that, I know it was good with HTML 5 spec when it was released though.

I use my iPad, 3DS and PC. Whichever ones more convenient at the time. My phone has the equivalent processing power as a potato trying to cut an apple.
