Another tiny update/bug fix/fix!

v0.16.2 fixes a tiny issue where Omegablu's Arete was not displaying her internal name and display name properly. In addition, I've changed DeathChaos25's Arete's internal name to DC25_Arete and Omegablu's Arete's internal name is Omega_Arete.

Thanks, @Thunder Kai for finding this!

Release and source code available here!

Does anyone know how to Hex Edit the stats of my Units???
I tired using the FEFTWiddler Stat Editor like @KunoichiZ said but all it does is max the stats not give me control as to how high I want it
For example my MU has a Skill stat of 54 but I want to be able to edit it to be 67 or so
How would I do this using the Hex Edit Tool???

I don't know this is a glitch or what but I got an little problem.

I changed Beruka's hair colour to light green (#9ccc65 to be exact). Then I married her with Leo.
I cleared the paralogue and get a green haired Forrest (as intended). Forrest also get this hair colour in the tree house (as intended).
But when I export her and reimport him in my main chapter file (since I got her on another file), he will loose her green hair colour in the tree house,
but still got it on his portrait and 3D model. He get a kind of black hair, like the avatar, in the tree house on my main chapter file.

Is there a way to get a character on another chapter file without losing the (tree house) hair colour?

And a small note:
I noticed when I changed the character id to another, the support button become disabled.
I swear in previous versions, I just could do this. I made a Sakura army with this method for another member in the past
and all supports just change properly and the button stayed enabled.

Another small thing that bothers me a bit is that stone use is disabled for all users expect the avatar.
I get a bond unit (originally a nohr princess) who is now a wolfskin. In order to got her stone use set correctly,
I had to give her arm scrolls instead of edit the stone rank.
(I know this was done to prevent shadowbans but bond unit should normally being able to use stones)

Guys, can someone check my castle for shadowban, if i am, how do i remove it? Castle address is 17440-54165-91727-93332. Also, if someone can provide me with a generic wolfskin or kitsune unit, that would be great

It seems like you're shadowbanned because I couldn't connect to your castle. Here, have some generic pups.

I don't get the custom DLC characters to show up in-game.
I'm not having any issues with regular, version exclusive, boss, Amiibo or children units.

Beside importing the units and importing my save file, is there something else I need to do?

They are treated like normal units. Just make sure that you aren't doing anything else that would shadowban you (enemy only class, skill, etc).

There is. You need to restore someone's extra data dump with the characters on your system. Both my dlc and Deathchaos' have a download for that in our threads. ATM you can't have both at the same time since no one has dumped extra data with both installed.

No CFW Needed Instructions:
What you need: A 3ds on any firmware version and region, FE: Fates (doesn't matter what version), a homebrew entrypoint, and JK's Save Manager
1. Download the zip attached to this post.
2. If you don't have homebrew set up yet, follow this guide to do so: http://smealum.github.io/3ds/
3. Download and install this homebrew: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-jks-savemanager-homebrew-cia-save-manager.413143/
4. Open the homebrew menu and launch JK's Save Manager.
5. Find your copy of Fire Emblem Fates in the menu that pops up. After selecting it and the save manager loads, select "Extra data options" then "Export". Name the output folder "Release".
6. After it completes, turn off your system, eject the sd card, and put it in your computer (or use microSD management/ftp if you want)
7. Open the "Release" folder on your sd card. Delete any file that begin with g_
8. Open the zip file from this post and navigate to the "Release" folder in the "Non-CFW" folder.
9. Merge the "Release" folder from the zip with the folder on your sd card by copying it to the same location as the "Release" folder on your sd card.
10. Put the sd card back in your 3ds and turn it on (or quit microSD management/ftp)
11. Get to the homebrew menu and launch JK's Save Manager.
12. Navigate to your copy of Fates again.
13. This time, go to Extra Data options and select "Import".
14. Select the backup named "Release" and import it.
15. Wait. This can take some time, so be patient.
16. Congrats! We're almost done. For the next part, you can either get the units by beating my castle (Address is 02149-33009-41650-34669) or moving on to step 17.
17. Download and extract the .exe for this application: https://gbatemp.net/threads/feftwiddler-fire-emblem-fates-save-editor.422439/
18. Extract the "Unit Files" folder from the zip on this post.
19. Dump your save with JK's Save Manager.
20. Open the save with FEFTwiddler (the program from step 17).
21. Go to the unit tab and click the button in the bottom righthand corner labeled "Import Unit".
22. Select any of the .fef14 files to import.
23. Import as many of the units as you wish, then save the changes.
24. Import your save.
25. Profit.

When I select "Extra Data Options", it tells me "Error opening ExtData! Title may not use it."

I do have a few DLCs, all completed, including the free Awakening one.
I can use the "Extra Data Options" for Monster Hunter Gen just fine.

Are you using the Japanese version, perchance? JKSM can't open if's extra data yet. I've already brought that up with JK_ himself, but I don't think he's fixed that yet.
