Spoiler: We're both banned DXwell thats a problem and as for homebrew just google search "homebrew 3ds" and it should be the 1st link that comes up :3 as for JKSM thats the Save Manager that Takes the save and extdata from your game
CFW is custom firmware you wont need it for this exploit as you are manually putting their data in your game =)

So, this is something that's been needed for awhile, in my opinion. This update adds support (no, not the supports you're thinking of) for the Custom DLC characters. The editor will now display the names of the custom characters and their classes so now you don't have to guess which character is which.
The only thing you can't do with the Custom DLC characters is edit the stats on them because they currently have no stats in the editor's code. I'm needing the character and class data from Omegablu, DeathChaos25, and Dylos.

What a very peculiar and strange request. How this relates to anything, I have no clue. There's not a demand to know what body type a unit has, no(h)r is there any reason to find out as you can't change that about the characters because that requires actual ROM hacking. I'm not being mean or anything, I'm just beyond confused at this request.Is it possible for you to add a feature to which what body type a unit has and if they where Hoshidan or Nohrian swimsuits?

Like if I wanted my Skill stat to be 60 instead of 49 how would I go about that???
