a game exploit is needed then, since there is no browser.9.4.0-0E
You can run browserhax on 10.7 as long as you haven't the update browser NAG.
If you got the browser udpate NAG, this will not work and you'll have to get a CART entrypoint.
Block your DNS NOW:
These instructions are from the old guide but (AFAIK) they're still valid.
Go to the new guide and run browserhax:
Then follow the 9.2 downgrade and after, go to part 3 (on New3DS you don't need to do the 2.1 transfer)
AFAIK, yes it will work as long as you never get the browser update NAG.Thanks, that means i can still use browserhax, since i just buy it and never connect it to the internet?
yeah, it's fine (I assume you're using Luma3DS). The screen's messed up as 2.1 was released before the 2DS, so it gets messed up due to the lack of 3D and a 3D slider.I just installed a9lh on my 2ds, finally, and I want to know if its safe to update my sysnand to 11.1, I also am still on 2.1 with a distorted screen.
another problem. when loading homebrew launcher cia, I get an error "Failed to download the actual payload... This may mean your system-version or region isn't supported by the *hax payload currently"yeah, it's fine (I assume you're using Luma3DS). I might be wrong, but I'm sure *hax requires 9.0 or newer.another problem. when loading homebrew launcher cia, I get an error "Failed to download the actual payload... This may mean your system-version or region isn't supported by the *hax payload currently"
I am on Sys 6.0.0-12U
Look up Luma language emulation. I'm not sure on the details of how to do it but that'll give you something to google.Sorry, just re-posting as I think my previous post got buried under others posting. Copy-Pasting from previous post.
I have a Japanese New 3ds XL with A9LH and Luma installed (my very first A9LH attempt), running on SysNAND.
I am thinking of letting my mother use this (she only really eeds to play Pokemon XY/ORAS/SM-when-its-out), but since she cannot read Japanese, I would like to change the language to English.
I have read that if I change the region of the SysNAND to US, I would be able to get the English menu on the system but I would lose the ability to use eshop (it has already accessed eshop before). I would like to retain the functionality of being able to use Japanese eshop on SysNAND, but would like an EmuNAND that is in English.
Is this possible? And if so, is there any guide that I can follow?
From the looks of it, it does not change the system language, but only for games and apps. The only thing I can find on web is the method of completely changing region of 3ds, and also make it impossible to ever use eshop again (I already accessed eshop).Look up Luma language emulation. One doesn't need to read the menus to launch gamesFrom the looks of it, it does not change the system language, but only for games and apps. Can't you just play the game in English on a JAP 3ds? You can teach her the basics of the 3DS (ie: A does this, B does this, etc,)
OR
You can make a emuNAND and region-change it to US, but I'm not sure if there is a way to allow you to use eShop on the JAP sysNAND. (But we have freeShop anyways so it really didn't matter to me when I region changed lol)
Well, its not absolutely essential, I suppose, that the system language be changed to just simply launch a game. Afterall, the system is designed pretty much to be childproof. One doesn't need to read the menus to launch games

Is there a way for me to safely install any CIA in my sysnand I'm on 9.2 old 3ds I've tried mimpasta but it won't boot
I have menuhax set up to boot me directly into luma

honestly I've considered but I don't have the time for that and I wouldn't want to downgrade to 2.1 and risk a brick besides all 3 of the 3ds I have installed menuhax on have not given me any problems just the 1 that won't boot into minipastaSince you're on 9.2 already, why not just install A9LH + Luma3DS?
yeah I gotta do that to and it works on my other systems except 1 and that's what I need help with that doesn't involve "switch to a9lh" aint nobody got time for that lolI dunno but, try to hold select or start while booting minipasta.
i had to do that when i had menuhax a while ago.
