  • How do you keep yourself motivated to make games? I when using gdevelop to make a test game always get tired or bored after a bit, and I don't have either too much time for that or interest.

I usually get motivated by coming up with ideas I REALLY like, and personally enjoy! And, I recommend taking breaks until you feel like developing again. Making something you want should be fun!

If I had kids then I wouldn't give them a phone or iPad until they're older. Otherwise they'll start to become a brainlet and blare out Skibidi Toilet on full volume.

I mean with me, I have been slightly affected by it.. If you count Scratch and Amino. Scratch was because I was too young to realize that the community was terrible, and Amino was due to a game that negatively impacted my life.

TikToks, Snapchat, and even Instagram and Facebook to some extent were all boring to me. If I had the apps, I would just be roasting it constantly

OH YEAH I forgot about that one, too. But it seems to me that my generation has a mix of people making fun of it, or resonating with the younger people about it.
I already said it before but...
The other day I downloaded the 15th and 20th anniversary ds games of puyo puyo and tbh they are pretty fun (though i'm bad at them)

Those games are awesome! They even teach you the way to Puyo if you ever need help with the game and whatnot. If you want, I strongly reccomend getting Gradius! If you're into Bullet hell and/or shumps (shoot em ups), I strongly reccomend Gradius.

For the more basic description: Think of Touhou, but more mechanical, and the game plays from left to right instead of up to down

I hope that you've been having a great day!

Now I wanna know something... Is it possible to make a colalb project in terms of programming things together and whatnot? I wanna know if there's a program where one can bring others to program on the same board. That'd be awesome!

Yep! Time management is something that I've been working working on a lot recently, and it has even been a bit since I've last played with someone. Maybe this will help you get a bit of familiarity with Terraria. Sometimes (Idk if other people would agree) playing the game differently to someone who's relatively new would make the game a lot better to play with.

And I have a good amount of adventure maps to try

Neat game, the music bangs too, love it

Don't see any reason why it would be disallowed as an upload, so go for it! (Standard caveats apply of course, such as if assets or music etc are ripped from elsewhere and you dont have permission to use them)

VLC is not a 10 foot layout, I find it really annoying to use on a TV especially with how tiny the controls and seek bar are. Kodi is a better WMC replacement. PotPlayer is a lot more usable too.

I hope you've been having a wonderful day. Sometimes, i think back to what I've said to myself during the last few weeks of my first semester that I should take a break from engaging with other people due to my fears of something major that's wrong with them or that I won't speak to them often due to the other person working or having interest in others than me.

Seriously, something makes me wonder if homeschooling is much better than actually going to school. No bullying involved except between you, your siblings, and your parents lol, and work gets done easier because of the help of your own family.

    Slated for a Newgrounds release!

    Side project!
It's an unnamed arcade-like micro-game, that allows you to play as a white circle and shoot tiny circles at an endless onslaught of bat-like things!! (with upgrades, of course.) I hope you are as excited as I am and look forward to playing it!

This is Windows 8.1, but I tried to make it look (and function) like Windows 7. You all probably know I love this OS to death, so I'm delighted with how this turned out! <(^-^)>

@DragonMals, I don’t use older OS’s but I do see the appeal. Modern Windows (and even some Linux distros,) are honestly filled with too many features either I don’t use or want. Kind of why I use Linux, because the option for stripped down or stripping down is there and easier

The Catboy While I'm not a power hungry user, I manage to use what I can have for the PC. Copilot, even (even if I roast it 100% of the time, It's good but the advertising is TOO MUCH) that I use to find information in conjunction with actually reading the Arcticle. I wish that I can have similar features (not exclusive to Copilot) and apps that are on Linux but I can't.

And one small thing I've picked up on recently, look into Guided Access in the Accessibility settings if you happen to be accidentally closing touch-based games during play that might rely on swiping a bit too close to a screen edge. It's basically just a mode that locks you into an app until you triple press the lock button. I kinda wish it were the default for games lol

As a British person, CeX is pretty cool but it's really the only larger tech chains in the UK if you don't want to shell out a kidney as opposed to just buying online. I think they're also all across Europe - saw a few in the Netherlands a few days ago. Usually a cash exchange place is better for used tech, especially if you're looking to sell.

I will note that Apple Arcade exclusivity only bars the game from releasing on other mobile platforms. It could still make it to PC/consoles if the interest were there to port it.
