Here is the newest Ohana3ds:

Not sure if it's newer than the one included in that thread but it's definitely newer than the one I used in my video tutorial. I had been using the same version of Ohana since the first SM compatible release which was a month older than the newest one.
Here's the newest pk3ds (You should download this for sure; it's a lot more stable):

Edit: Also forgot to say, log in as a guest user, and then go under the artifacts tab for the newest build of pk3ds
correction majickhat55 tutorial
Just because my video is in that thread doesn't mean that it was based off of that tutorial. My video only came out 2 days after that thread, and that vid took about 1-2 weeks to make (I suck at making tutorial videos on my first try lol).
Also, according to Mixeli on twitter, it's now possible to do overworld model-swaps in SM. Has anyone else managed to do this yet? I've been staying away from Sun/Moon hacking because I'd want to put new models in if I made a hack. But now that I'm hearing that this is possible I want to get back into it again. Also another thing that I wanted to do was learn how to use blender and I figured that this would be a good way to do so.

can anyway explain to me how the bloody hell am I supposed to add custom megas in pokemon omega ruby with custom items please tell me I need to make so many new megas to add
I think the way to get that working is by swapping a random pokemon (would work best with mythical's because you can't normally get them) with the mega's model, textures, and animations. Then you would select the item to evolve the pokemon with (in a lot of videos, the megastone is another item, normally another mega stone, with a replaced icon and description). I'm not sure how you would be able to get pk3ds to recognize that pokemon as another form, however. This could also work guaranteed by replacing a pokemon with multiple forms(deoxys, kyurem, castform, etc.) with the models of the mega-evo and the pokemon evolving into it. Then you would do the same thing with the item, and you would be able to get the pokemon to be able to mega-evolve. That would be super tedious though, as you would have to swap the level-up, tm/hm, stats, pc/party icon, etc. Hope this helps
