Homebrew A9LH O3DS to OFW O3DS (asking for a friend)

So my friend is getting a second 3ds soon because of an issue with the charging port, can he transfer all of his stuff from the hacked old 3ds to the other old 3ds with all of his cfw stuff including freeshop games and stuff.

The freeshop games & homebrew wouldn't work on the new system unless he hacks it, not sure if they will even transfer over in the first place.

Unless he hacks his 2nd system, any games acquired through FreeShop, FBI, tikshop, etc and not officially/originally acquired through Nintendo eShop will not transfer over to it. Only legitimate eshop purchases or pre-installed games will transfer, but no pirated stuff.

to add to this once the new system is haxed you can use a save manager to transfer saves
