Good evening folks! It's launch day for the much anticipated Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon, and to accompany this most monumental of occasions, we of GBAtempTV are bringing a stream to the masses. You can dump a Gamecart with GM9.
Go to G: drive, and press A on the .trim.3ds file, select NCSD IMAGE OPTIONS and select Build CIA From File
Done.
I figured there'd be a way to do it lol. GodMode9 can do everythingggggggg, it's really impressive. Decrypt9 is what I always used for dumping carts in the past since it's just a simple menu in comparison.

GM9 is just like a superior version of Decrypt9. You really don't need it if you have GM9.
Well, unless you want to decrypt stuff (buh dum tsh)

off-topic but d9 is better not for everyday use but as someone who spends a lot of time giving support/solutions i find its like a harder working gm9 (or rather gm9 is like a lazy version of d9)

GM9 is the version that gives you control of everything, it's not so much lazy as it is powerful. D9 is great for easier edits, but you're restricted to what the menu offers you. Hourglass9 is probably the best for recommending small things since it limits how much damage you can do by screwing up (though it's hard to screw up so badly on D9).

oh i am well aware of the extra features of gm9 (its the daily go to for me as well) but the way d9 does what it does do is far better than the way gm9 does the same task (but i am speaking purely from a general 3ds troubleshooting perspective)

True, but as a person who doesn't mind lots of steps in exchange for more power (I'm very good at memorization) I prefer GM9. Let's not start a flameware or anything.
