I have have windows 10 laptop, and I never heard of nsf/rsf files before.

Way to technical for me. I do have a new 3ds though. If you need somthing tested and include fairly instructions im happy to help out. My p.c is running windows ten aswell. Its quite fast when it doesn't have a mind of its own anyway

For CXI, RSF files can be used to specify permissions, and access control settings. Makerom can use default settings by use of the "-desc" option, which removes the requirement for specifying them in the RSF file.

rsfgen does most of the work creating the .rsf file for you IIRC. Without rsfgen or at least a .rsf template that you just modify the game specific parts of it's near impossible to create a valid .rsf file that will work because there are so many things that need to be a certain way or the game will crash on boot or simply not let you install/run it at all.
Even with rsfgen I remember it being a bit of a pain, I don't exactly feel like looking into it just for something that might not even work but I guess I'll look into it if/when I can be arsed.

I got my first PC when I was like 9 from dad. It was rather low end but it could do anything I wanted it to at the time.

My dad is homeless. I haven't talked to my mom since Christmas of 2016. I live with my grandparents and we don't have internet at home. I am at school using the internet there. I have to go home in a few minutes.

Heh I got my first laptop when I was 5 (7 years ago) it had a pentium 4 and it ran windows XP but the second laptop I got was when I was 9 and it had a core i3 and ran Windows 8.1 (It's gone through a lot I've downgraded it to 7 and upgraded it to 10 and even replaced the hard drive) then the hard drive went and I got another laptop for my 12th birthday but a few month early that being my current laptop, it only has 4gb of ram and a Pentium processor with a clock of 1.6ghz but it has a turbo up to 2.6ghz running Windows Spy edition wait sorry I meant Windows 10 Home.

Windows XP lol, mine was a Celeron and ran Windows 98
