I saw that there are SD Card wifi, it could be used to access a network drive, no?

SD card wifi? There is no such thing... What I presume you are asking is if files can be pushed to the Switch via network, that answer to that is yes, via pegaswitch. You need to be on 3.0.0 though

There are SD Cards that advertise as being wifi compatible, but it needs Windows software.

[QUOTE = "jjbredesen, post: 7923390, membre: 442439"] Carte SD wifi? Il n'y a pas une telle chose ... Ce que je suppose que vous demandez est si les fichiers peuvent être poussés vers le commutateur via le réseau, cette réponse est oui, via pegaswitch. Vous devez être sur 3.0.0 si [/ QUOTE]

Is this big enough proof that they exist?

There are no micro SD wifi cards.

It seems I worded my comment badly. My point was for Switch, as you pointed out there are no micro sd cards that support that, regardless Switch would not have the drivers or software support to enable that I presume.

No, it will give you access to the SD card via Wi-Fi. It will not give your device access to another network to access files. Besides that the Switch has micro-SD and there are no micro-SD cards with Wi-Fi as far as I know.

p.s.: I have the Toshiba FlashAir myself that I used on the WiiU.

the principle is to access the sd card without the removal of the console ... if it is possible to map the card sd wifi in a network drive it will allow to have no storage limit on the sd in theory

What? It will still have its max size so still the same storage limit.
But once again, there is no micro SD wifi card.

Don't they work by creating wifi to which you connect?
I have never used one, but we could make some educates guesses:

If the SD card works out of the box and can create a hotspot without any support from the client device I presume it could work. If the SD card needs software to function it will not.

I think the actual real benefit here would be that you wouldn't need to remove the SD card or use a FTP app to transfer files. You'd access the SD card on your PC via WiFi and freely transfer files with minimal effort.

Shame there's no micro SD variation of this.

Which means you would have to switch from your main wifi to the SD and then go to its website and use it (probably) slow wifi speed to upload everything you need. FTP is much easier.

I was picturing the file transfer being done in Windows explorer. But yeah, if you have to use a site or something, then you might as well use FTP.

I don't think they have that for micro SD, only normal sized SD. Besides, once homebrew is enabled there will be FTP clients. Using a USB-C cable or USB card adapter will always be faster.
