Extract the archive at root of SD card, and run it using Homebrew Browser.

16k lines of C - development credits : me, using FAT, Network and SDL.
All the modtendo! original contents are under Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported (CC BY-ND 3.0) license.

Infos:
Currently, modtendo! don't have many mods available, so it's more a working preview but I count on your participation and your submissions to make modtendo! a true place for mods!

modtendo! Usage Information:
  • modtendo! don't brick Wiis! Currently I tested it on 3 normal Wiis including my one, and we never had any problem, as a bughandler holds any bug.
  • Use HOME button to quit the app, and return to HBC menu
  • If you see this error upon start up the application:
    ERRORPREVIEW.png
    that's normal, you can just skip this error as it is triggered because the auto-update system have been disabled so the application can't ask updates on the server.

Nice. Manually installing mods for games takes time. Would this support modifications like HD Texture packs for Wii games (thinking Xenoblade)?

As well as I know, HD texture packs don't exists for Wii but for Dolphin. But if I am wrong, for sure it supports everything that is Riivolution based, and even homebrews in the future, as long as they are submitted.

modtendo! "Revolution of Homebrews" Update:

Changes:
• modtendo! have now homebrews! Some homebrews are available (essentials), and much more will be added
• Wiimote cursor support
• Performance improvements (assets and HTTP cache)
• Added server authentification (security access)

when i download something the screen image is shaking very fast
iam downloading the mario kart track but it takes forrever dont think its realy downloading anything !
is it safe to reboot my wii

If the screen is shaking then it shows that content is being downloaded in background.
The first mod is very huge so it is normal that it takes time, and yeah I think you can reboot safely I already done so myself without problem.
