And if I get unbanned is there a way to get banned? And if I get banned...

So if I use CFW to install Splatoon 3-1 and then go to original fw and play it online will I get banned? Will I get moneyed? (In Romanian ban means money.)

A 100% way to not get banned is to never use CFW or any Homebrew related Software with your Switch.
Though, I don´t think that´s the answer you are looking for.

airplane mode on never connect to the internet,or don't mod it,i had a modded 3ds for five years,they caught me at year 4 even being super careful,there will be traces of the hack even if you restore it to normal and then connect to online,keep this in mind.

If you use cfw/Homebrew, you will be banned at some point. There is currently no way to unban a console and may never be.

Have a clean nand, and dump files backup before mods (I'd use hekate and just dump everything), install the cfw of your choice and stay in airplane mode with no connections saved, play your backups and homebrew and all that, when you want to go online restore your nand and don't use any homebrew or cfw. Whenever you'd like your cfw back make another clean backup with hekate and save that one (keep track of the latest one you've made) then reinstall cfw with no internet settings on. You essentially loop this and it's the safedt way to my knowledge. Be careful though you don't want to restore the wrong nand and make your online nand inconsistent with nintendo's logs
