I know it's a weird question, but I use NTR just for streaming and some speedruns don't allow NTR as the capture method due to faster loads. Any way to change that?
If you are using a New system, it might be auto set to the higher clock speed. Try changing to the slower one in the Luma menu.
By luma menu do you mean pressing x and y to open up a menu? I have a new 3ds and use NTR 3.6
