yes & yes, you can boot multiple CFW with Hekate RCM Payload

use DeepSea CFW package it has most the stuff you need which includes the following:
Features

• Background FTP server for filetransfers
• Install NSP, NSZ, XCI & XCZ files from Harddrive, Google Drive, WLAN or Wired through PC, Smartphone, etc
• Over & Underclocking
• Update OFW & CFW through homebrew
• Find new homebrew through the Appstore
• Savegame management
• Cheating in games (please dont cheat online)
• Emulate Amiibos
• Use all kinds of 3rd party controllers
• Lan play (like Hamachi for your Switch)
• Tesla overlay to controll al those features (press L1+DpadDown+RightStick)

i personaly use a mix of Kifir CFW and DeepSea CFW package, its just a bunch of apps and Config files premade for latest Atmosphere CFW

Vanilla Atmosphere alone is useless, you will have to edit the config file and add plug ins etc etc, just use a premade CFW package

the game RNG drop rate for GEMs Decorations is very low and 5% chance you will get what you wanted
the game RNG drop rate for Charm Talismans is very low and 2% chance to have the skills want melded on them, you have no control on what skills you will get and it is very frustrating

since you are already cheating, why not just use the all items code so the drop rate doesnt even matter cus you alr have 500 of it (or 999 if you know how to change the code)

that is not how it works because it doesn't drop for you
the drop rate of these charms and decorations is very low
and talisman charms has nothing to do with infinite itembox hack it doesn't increase them

do you know how to craft a Talisman charm?
you talk to the melder
you request to craft 3 Talisman
you go into a quest and finish it
you return to the melder
he will give you 1 of the charms you requested!

so each time you finish a quest = 1 Talisman is crafted back in town for you to get
you have no control of the skills inside it its Pure RNG Stats

what config files do i have to edit for atmopshere cfw? ive been using atmosphere ever since it came out and i dont think you have to edit anything in the config files aside from dmnt_always_save_cheat_toggles

the features you mentioned are homebrew apps, that are supported on sx os as well i think...(not sure, dont have money to buy it)

i was using kosmos but kosmos always seems to have issues with sig patches and emuiibo (amiibo emulation), also while you can over and underclock, i dont recc you do it unless you know what you are doing @kurodemiant

download deepsea-normal_v2.1.0
extract the contents into an sd card, it has everything including the latest sig patches to play all games

and boot your switch from hekate_ctcaer_5.5.4.bin (the payload) included

you dont need to do anything

the game is split in 2 parts
1>Low End Gear > Beginner content > introduction to [Talisman Charms] and [Gem Decoration]
2>High End Gear > End game content > unlocks more gear parts to use and High Quality Charms Talisman & Gem Decorations
Talisman Charms> is a gear piece you wear around your neck you have no control on what you will get when you craft it from the melder and is very critical to make End Game Gear set with Skills you want
GEM Decorations?> you get access to craft GEM's (jewels with with skill enhancements) you can insert into your weapons (just like Materia from Final Fantasy 7)

example:
you want a Talisman charm that will give you: Part Breaker and EarPlug skills
you want an Attack 2 Gem Decoration
you want an ear Plug Gem Decoration
you want Critical Hit Gem Decoration
you can attach up to 3 Gem Decoration into your Weapons that has GEM slots

what people are asking for is:
1> a way to just insert a cheat code and have a certain Talisman Charm with specific skills in it (you can have up to 3 Skills in each Talisman charm)

example:
Talisman charm with Attack level2 + Critical Hit + Critical Eye
Talisman charm with Ear plug Level 1 + Ear plug Level 2 + Ear plug Level 3
Talisman Charms can also have 3 slots to insert Gem Decorations

if you have no knowledge about Monster Hunter games and encyclopedia of the Skills you can get, you will need to have a Document sheet that show you what can be done inside the talisman charms

this is the Heart of all monster hunter games, you play only to have the best drop for Talisman and Decorations....

TomSwitch you need to invest some time to play the game yourself and enjoy it until you reach the End Game content then you will understand the frustrations with having the Talisamn and Decorations you want for your Gear Build

It's actually the first time I really played monster hunter, previous releases I looked for a few seconds and left. This one is not bad. Game engine is very well done. Load time is impressive. Frame rate is very good for a switch game. The monster has very good variety. The upgrading of gear system may actually be worth the grind. Definitely a credit to the switch platform. For the real fan it may well be one that can last for years like ACNH probably will.

Talisman is a piece of equipment. Just like armor but it has no defense value. It only offers one skill or two skill which is super needed in late game. To complete the build you really want, you need some specific skills and it only could be fulfilled by decoration and talisman. in MHW, decoration is pure RNG. Its a gem you can slot to equipmentthat has a slot. Here in rise, decoration is completely craftable, so it is not a problem.

The problem is = Talisman.
To get a talisman, you need to meld it in item shop.
You meld the talisman in item shop (kagura) by giving him several item. You wait one quest and he will give you the talisman. Which is completely random.

Lets say that i need a talisman that has 3 point in ammo boost, 3 point in reload speed and 3 slot decoration.

Idk how much skill monster hunter rise have, lets say that in total there are 50 skills. this is the simple calculation.

Chance to get skill in ammo boost : 1/50
Chance to get 3 point in ammo boost : 1/50*3 (150)
Chance to get skill in 3 point ammo boost and and reload speed : 1/150*50 (1/7500)
Chance to get skil in 3 point ammo boost and 3 point reload speed : 1/7500*3 (1/22.500)
Chance to get 3 point ammo boost, 3 point reload speed and 3 slot: 1/22.500*9 (one slot value could be null, level 1 gem, level 2 gem and level 3 gem, which make it times 9)

So, my chance to get the talisman i want is
1/202.500

This is outrageous.
I would pray to all gods intl the world and the chance is still so small. And it is a skill that only has 3 point. Imagine skills like critical eye or attack boost that has 7 point.

Its unbearable.

Anyway. The dataminers has the list of all possible skill in a charm, would it help u find it?

You need to go to gathering hub *7 to open the menu for best talisman melding.

I have tried some, none of them works in local multi, but works in single play regardless in local multi lobby or not. But I'm using sxos here.

If they work while you are alone in the mission, if a partner enters, 1 hit kill is deactivated
