I saw a guy make FNAF 1 to cia and it works pretty good just that I wondered if it's possible to play a pc game on 3ds or turn a pc game to cia

Don't you think there would be a million bazillion PC games available as .cia by now if that was possible?

The FNAF port isn't really the original game, but is a completely new program rewritten from scratch.

It needs the engine to be rewritten using compatible libraries. Also, that wouldn't be enough, you would need to HEAVILY optimize it.

As per the earlier message, the FNAF port is not merely some theoretical possibility.
