I did ended up cleaning the r4 and the good news is that the screen doesn't glitch anymore, so I guess I cleaned correctly, the bad news is that I'm still getting the white screen, if you guys think that is worth trying the past kernels that didn't work again since the r4 is cleaned I will do it

The problem is I still get the white screen, so my r4 is probably bricked, is there an way to fix this?

They are quite cheap nowday, it will probably be easier and cheaper to just get a new one

I'm fairly certain it actually does run some form of Wood at this point, but I can't tell which one...

I ended up finding a old r4 that I bought 2 years ago that never really worked properly, after cleaning it and putting a lot of paper it's working fine, it's a r4i3d and it's was quite easy finding the kernel, I appreciate the help you guys provided until now, thanks!

btw I would still be open to try some kernels just for the sake of finding the right one if anyone needs it

After finding someone else with this cart, this has been identified as an R4iTT clone.

R4iTT and its clones are known to permanently brick if YSMenu or anything DSTT related has ever ran on the cart.

This probably means this cart is permanently bricked. You will need to get another cartridge.
