    I’ve ordered several things over the years from them without issue. I recommend using PayPal as it is generally the easiest. Sometimes banks will block your card from going through overseas mostly due to it being not your normal location or etc.

    I don’t think the file had anything special in the name but can’t look at the moment as not at home. Only thing I saw was errno invalid path followed by the path. Then it gave a thumbs up and went to the next file. It only happened on one or two games that I know of and only on DLC content...

    Unfortunately I’m not qualified to really help you with that further. All I can suggest is updating windows via windows update and deleting and redownloading the software release. You could google search the error and see if anything comes up. It could, never know.

    Are you sure you’re running the 32 bit release of the program and didn’t accidentally download the 64 bit version?
