    Well, I am using it now so I think I've done all right. It's just the added hassle of setting everything up. Not helped by the fact I am a complete Noob at this. However I did learn a lot today which isn't something I can say often.

    How about the old school Fallout games? You only need to use the mouse for that one iirc. Any visual novel ever works too. Hope your should heals soon, man.

    Crypt of the Necrodancer is one I know of that can be completely played using only the arrow keys. If you want something puzzly, I think Spacechem works with only the mouse, although it's less convenient.
