    I have a NEO-GEO on hand version 5, which shows no sign of life. The power supply is a PRO-PWE-E and it says it should output 10V but my reading says it is 17V. Is this normal? I have replaced the 1000uf 25V capacitor (see the photo) in the power supply, but still get the same reading, 17V...

    99% sure about this. Also don't forget to replace the thermal paste and any teared off RAM thermal pads. I always recommend high perfomance thermal paste non-conductive. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk

    Do a favor yourself and get down to the heatsink and clean both the heatsink and the fan throughly. The air itself will have only temporary to no effect to your issue. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk

    My issue is with the correct psu version for the specific ps4. So it is not a design thing in my scenario. Neither the RT5069A or other PWM, but this could be useful info on other mainboards I have with powering on issues. I thought it was Southbridge fault on them, and didn't waste my time...

    I think TP16 is ground. Will not affect the functionality. You can still bridge it to the other ground. I can confirm next week when I go back to work.
