I turned my Wii U on for a few minutes a few months ago but that's it. I don't use any decade old hardware because it's obsolete.

It's one of the few systems which I haven't used before. Are there any good exclusives on it? Is it worth using actual hardware over an emulator? Will one I buy online be hackable? Is there a particular motherboard revision to look for?
My powerbank output is 5V 2.1A. It doesn't say whether it's AC or DC but to my knowledge all batteries output DC. The reason I want to use the powerbank is because I can't charge my 3DS from a power point on the plane.

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
