    truecrypt http://www.truecrypt.org/ It is mainly for disk encryption, but it can also create a folder as a virtual encrypted disk. Don't forget your password, it is virtually uncrackable unless you are the NSA.

    True, his profile does say that, however half the time you see ages like that on a forum it means "I am ten but it won't let me register if I am under 13 so I put in random numbers into DOB" Also the are quite a few "mature students" at universities these days.

    I think it is about 300cals per 100g, at least according to the USDA nutritional database, and 100g of dry oats is a lot once prepared with skim milk or water as they absorb a lot of liquid and fill you up.
