Attached is a screenshot from Simple Mod Downloader with debug turned on. I waited a few mins and nothing happened. Am I just impatient or can it just not access the files it needs to download?

Is it an rtc issue? Edit: it is not, used quickntp to sync with google.com as it has 0 offset and downloads still don't work.
