Is it possible to install Wii games as wads?

Hi,
I wanted to know whether it is possible to install Wii games as wads/channels to the vWii. On the Wii, this does not make sense because the Wii did not have enough memory but the Wii U does. So theoretically it should be possible, has anyone tried it?

THe closest you can get to that would either be Wii VC Injectes or Forwarder Channels with a USB loader

And the real problem is not size (the smallest Wii disc, which of course is the only physical VC release, would easily fit - and there are at least 2 very different implementations of emunand) but optical drive reads being completely different than working with the NAND

I recently installed a bunch of WiiU VC injects with UWUVCI: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-uwuvci-injectiine.486781/

They show on the WiiU menu instead of the Wii menu.

Otherwise, you're likely best off using a USB loader and making individual forwarder channels.
