As a matter of fact, I am still around and my last meal is now the big bowl of cereal I had last night, or if we also count liquids as meals, then it would be the morning coffee cup I am halfway through, slowly getting consumed as I am typing this post.

Actually, I like to eat tasty but healthy at the same time. For some reason, a long time ago I started to separate junk and healthy food for myself. Since I realized how much lighter I feel inside from a properly prepared meal plan, I have come to see that it feels not only physically, but also mentally. So now I really take care of myself and what I eat. I really like it when I have a prepared menu, so I don't have to worry about what to cook and know for sure that I will eat tasty and healthy https://betterme.world/articles/1000-calorie-meal-plan/. a few years ago I decided to convert everything to mp3 with a relatively high bitrate, I had a terrible feeling I would regret doing that but to honest, I couldn't tell the difference in the audio quality after I did that

I mean built in sound on mobo's has gotten way better but still XP handled sound better and X-Fi was still better than onboard audio even to this day
